How Do I Place An Order?​

We are an online apparel company based in Nashville, Tennessee. We do not have a physical location at this time, however you can purchase products through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  

How Long Will it Take?

Typically, orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days and then shipped as soon as possible which could take up to 7 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We offer multiple payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay and JCB.

Do You Accept Returns/Refunds?

Yes, we certainly do. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, our return policy can be found here.

Can I Change My Order or Cancel It After It Has Been Placed?

It’s possible. Please email us immediately at support@luvthepaw.com or text us 855-588-7291. We have a very short-time frame before our fulfillment company processes the order. During this time, we may be able to adjust or cancel your order. However, once the order has been processed, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Please double-check your order before placing it.
